Ruobing Sun

Ruobing Sun is an alumna of the University of Petroleum in Dongying, China. There, she obtained her bachelor of science in oil and gas production in 1995. Afterward, Ruobing Sun moved to Canada, where she studied accounting and earned the Porter Hetu International award, a prestigious honor given to new certified public accountants with the highest scores in the national professional exam.

Ruobing Sun began her accounting career at Jiwan and Company, LLP, in Edmonton, Alberta, where she worked for about a year. Earlier, she worked as an instructor at the University of Petroleum. Currently an accounting consultant in Sugar Land, Texas, she is also a student at the University of Houston in an effort to obtain her MPA in accounting.

Outside of her accounting work, Ms. Sun serves as a board member at the Canadian Chinese School of Theology Calgary, a religious college. In her free time, she enjoys reading Christian books and camping.
